IIAR> Best Practice Paper: Plan your analyst relations programme with the AR Compass

One of the main issues of AR professionals is often the lack of focus or the wrong priorities for their AR programme.  This IIAR> Best Practice Paper: Plan your analyst relations programme with the AR Compass by Charmaine Chan and Ludovic Leforestier covers this aspect. The AR Compass, aka the SOSM framework,  is a key tool for AR professionals to map business goals and align their AR programmes to those goals.

The IIAR AR Compass, by Charmaine Chan and Ludovic Leforestier (SOSM)

The IIAR> AR Compass articulates the value of analyst relations brings to the business along four cardinal points, as AR impacts those four dimensions: insights supporting strategic and product decision (Strategy), conversations in the marketplace and in research driven by analysts (Opinion), impact of industry analysts on deals (Sales) and finally leveraging analysts to support go-to-market efforts (Marketing). In short we refer to this model of AR impact as SOSM.
